GENERAL TERMS

ᰔᩚ Commissions are for personal use only and can be used as profile pictures, banners, ect. but may not be used for profit. Please contact me through email for commercial works at [email protected] do note there will be additional fees for commercial rightsᰔᩚ I own all rights to my work, Putting my work through any AI engine is strictly prohibited. As are NFTs.ᰔᩚ I have the right to post the Artwork when it is completed unless discussed otherwise by the buyer. I am also allowed to include all artwork in my portfolioᰔᩚ Listed Items are base price, Please understand that price may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.ᰔᩚ I have the right to decline a commission if I feel like my skill level does not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.ᰔᩚ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please at most give me three months max to complete the commission just incase something arises. Updates are encouraged! I will automatically send updates often, but if there hasn't been one in a while you may ask. I will send updates for the rough sketch, flat colors and final check phrases.

PROCESS

ᰔᩚ Upon starting, I will send progress images the sketch for you to review and to approve or make revisions before I start the line art. Once I have confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds will not be requested after this point unless issued by me.ᰔᩚ Once I am finished, I will send a final check for your review. Three minor revisions can be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be payed in full before the adjustments are made.ᰔᩚ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you fill res .png files of the artwork. No physical product will be delivered.

PAYMENT

ᰔᩚ All payments will be done through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. I will ask for 50% of the commission price (NON-REFUNDABLE) as down-payment and the other half will be payed after the commission is completedᰔᩚ If you need to cancel your commission before any work has been completed, I will give a full refund. If the sketch has been started but not yet approved, I can give a partial refund (25% of the total cost minimum)ᰔᩚ In the event I have cannot complete your commission at all, I will give a partial refund based on how much has been completed (25% of the total cost minimum)ᰔᩚ Please be kind to your commissioner. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or rude behavior against me will result in be canceling the order, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
